Mexican Zucchini Soup
Ingredients: 4 Mexican squash(zucchini), 1 tomato, 1/4 of an onion, Half a can of corn, 1 tsp of salt, 1 cup of water and 2 Chile jalapeño or serrano (optional)

Directions:
1. Wash and cut the squash into small squares
2. Chop the onion, tomato and Chile.
3.In a pan add 1 tbs of oil and sauté the onion and tomato on medium heat
4. Add the squash to the onion and tomato and mix together 
5.Now add the cup of water, the Chile if you're adding it, and the salt. Cover the pan and lower the heat to medium low.
6. Let it cook for about 15 minutes or until the squash is soft, once its soft turn off heat and enjoy.

Miguels's Cocina, located in San Diego CA. right in the middle of Little Italy and Down Town San Diego.The place itself is really nice inside and the view to the ocean super pretty. Ok now to begin on the food, their Chips and salsa dips are really good 10/10. I ordered Shrimp Ceviche which was good but the chips that came with it not my favorite for the ceviche they tasted sweet in my opinion. I also ordered shrimp fajitas which were good but I wouldn't order them again lol. And last but not least I ordered a Mangoniada Margarita and that was really good, that I do recommend getting and would definitely get again.
