Ingredients: 1/2 cup of sugar

4 eggs

1 can of evaporated milk

1/2 of condensed milk

1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla extract

1) Melt the 1/2 cup of sugar in a pot on low medium heat, stir until sugar is disolved and has a brown caramel color to it and turn heat off.

2) Poor the melted sugar into your oven safe mold where you will be making the Flan. Carefully move the caramelize sugar around the mold until the bottom is covered be really careful the melted sugar gets really hot.

3) Preheat your oven to 350. While your oven is heating up, in a blender pour the 4 eggs, Evaporated milk, Condensed milk and vanilla extract and blend until everything is mixed good.

4) Poor the mix in to your mold with the caramelized sugar, if you hear the sugar breaking it's fine.

Put the Flan in a water bath and cover it with foil and into the oven for 40 mins. Stick a tooth pick in the middle just to make sure it is ready.

5) Once you remove it from the oven remove the flan from the water and let it cool for 10 mins, after its cooled down cut around the edges and carefully flip it over into a plate big enough where the flan fits.
