Delicious and healthy soup

Delicious, simple and good protein.


  • 1 cup of lentils

  • Water

  • 1 tomato

  • Half a white onion

  • 1 Chile serrano

  • 1 table spoon of salt

  1. Boil the lentils in 4 cups of water in medium heat for about 20 minutes or until they are soft.

  2. While the lentils are boiling chop the tomato, onion and serrano.

3. When lentils are soft rinse water

4.In a pot add 1 teaspoon of oil on medium heat and cook the chopped vegetables

5. Add the lentils and mix well with the vegetables

6. Add 4 cups of water and the table spoon of salt (taste for your liking in salt)

7.Let boil and turn off heat.

8. Enjoy
