Fried Rice Recipe

Easy to make and delicious to eat.

The way I make fried rice.


  • 2 cups of cooked white rice

  • 1/2 cup of frozen mix vegetables

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1table spoon of soy sauce

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil or your choice of oil.


  1. Cook 1 cup of white rice once cooked it makes 2 cups.When the white rice is cooke put in the refrigerator to cool down. Or you can use left over white rice.

  2. In a non stick pan pour half table spoon of oil, let it heat up on medium heat.

  3. In a bowl mix 3 eggs add a pinch of salt and pour it in the pan and scramble the eggs and breaking them into pieces with spoon or spatula.. Cook until the egg starts to semi fry then remove from the pan and set aside.

4. Add 1 table spoon of oil on the Non Stick Pan on medium-high heat, and add the rice breaking the rice apart and stir the rice for about 5 minutes. Make sure the rice does not stick to the pan if necessary add more oil.

5.Add the soy sauce and mix good with the rice.

6.Add the cooked egg and mix with the rice.

7.Add the vegetables and stir all together.

8. Taste for salt and turn off the stove.

9. Ready to serve.
